2. Information I collect

Information you provide.

Sign-in information. If you sign in with Google, I receive your name, email address, and profile picture as provided by Google. I do not receive your Google password.

Automatically collected information. My hosting provider and I may log technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and timestamps. This is used for security, debugging, and keeping the Service running.

Cookies and local storage. The Service uses only essential cookies or local storage to keep you signed in.

3. How I use information

I do not sell your personal information, and I do not use it for advertising.

4. Google user data

If the Service accesses Google user data through Google APIs, my use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. I only request the access needed for the features described above and do not share Google user data with third parties except as needed to operate the Service or as required by law.

5. Who I share information with

I share information only with service providers needed to run the Service, such as Google Cloud (hosting, storage, and authentication) [add others, e.g. analytics or email provider], and when required by law or to protect rights and safety. These providers process data under their own privacy terms.

6. Data retention

I keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. [Example: uploaded files are kept until I or you delete them; server logs are kept for [30] days.] You can ask me to delete your data at any time.

7. Security

Data is stored with Google Cloud, which provides encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask me to access, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live (for example, under the CCPA in California, the Washington My Health My Data Act, or the GDPR in the EU/UK), you may have additional rights, and I will honor valid requests. You can also revoke the Service's access to your Google account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
